My older children (13, 20 and 23 yes). My 5 yr old no. I put her in the jogging trailer and walk/run with her or attach it to a bike and pull her. If she is sleeping and no one else is around to watch her I do a workout video.

For those allergic to milk products (or just those that want a change for helth: Coconut oil. It tastes great on toast and is fantastic for cooking. Oh and it is a healthy fat that actually helps you lose fat.

I had to quit. After only the first day (and 30 squats) I was barely able to move. I will stick with my walking, yoga and zumba for now.

If we make it through the month and WE WILL! What do we do the next month? Continue adding 5 a day with rest on the third?

I just copied and pasted mine into my post. I can't seem to find another way to add an additional ticker.

Munchkinggirl7 I don't see why that wouldn't count. The object in my mind is motivation and action and you are willing to do both.

Most of my workout is walking so cold weather or icy conditions really makes me not want to workout.

It is interesting to see that you are getting the back and forth fluctuation I am. I will edit with mine. *I would add mine but just relised I'm not tracking my weight on the days it goes up. I will start to do that because it is interesting. Overall it's a loss though.

Amazing job! You must be super proud of yourself.

I am 43, 5' 6" also. Starting weight 180. My daily calorie intake is 1200. I do eat my calories back but thats because my calorie intake is already small. So far it's working for me. Good luck. You've been doing great so far.

I was always cold (until I gained weight). Now that I'm losing I find I'm cold again.

Soups are really easy to make yourself. Make large batches and freeze it in smaller containers. Really even if you work you can throw everything in a crock pot and let it cook while your at work. Making large batches once a week you will soon have several meals ready to go.

That is amazing! Congradulations on your wedding. You have made a dramatic change already. If it really bothers you that you aren't at your ideal weight for your wedding you could always renew your vows in a couple years (with new pics)
