    Bit surprised, but I'll take it! Hoping it's not a fluke and doesn't go back up next week- I'm trying to up my cals a little but worried it will result in a gain not continued loss. Seeing the scale go down has been great, but I'm worried I'm not eating enough and gonna get myself in trouble eventually.

    4/22: 247.2- down another 3.3 lbs total lost this month- 4.7 lbs.

    must have gone over the crunch mark. Havent been exercising a whole bunch but have been working a lot this week. I know my diet intake looks weird but a lot of the time I just enter what I eat and the calories. Excited as it looks like the weather next weekend should work out well for a golf outing! Next week the weight will actually be posted on Monday night since that is when I work. Anxious as if I continue to behave myself I should make my 5 lb weight loss goal - wish it was more but happy with the downward trend. Slow and steady wins the race and wins the overall goal of longterm weight loss!

    I guess its better than gaining again but I keep losing and gaining the same lb. I am on my second week of eating at my BMR/TDEE so I am hoping the next couple weeks I will see some bigger losses.

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month?
    I became a C25K graduate last Monday (4/15), and I ran my first 5K on Saturday! I had 2 goals: a) to run the entire 5K, and b) to finish within 40 minutes. I finished in 35:16 and never slowed to a walk!!! Time to start 5to10K!
