Oh my goodness, I absolutely love it! I was seeing more curves and definition after just a few weeks of doing nothing but zumba. Its so fun and its an awesome burn!

I haven't been to a gym since I started MFP and have lost quite a bit of weight and inches (it doesn't show on my ticker because I try to only weigh myself once a month to keep from obsessing with the scale). I am feeling the same way today! After going over yesterday and eating that greasy pizza, I'm more ready than ever to get back to eating better, staying under calorie and working out for even longer and harder than ever. So I guess a good feeling did come after that horrible one...that's nice!! :p

It's not ever really "crap" that I'm eating. It could be fruit, soup, pretzels....just anything. The issue that I'm having is the added calories.
