  • I drink mostly water and tea. If I start drinking even more water than normal after awhile it does get a "taste" so what I do is get crystal light flavor packets or put fresh lemon in it and it makes a difference.

  • you would probably do good to take an nsaid like motrin before running. I am just starting c25k so I'm not a running expert but I take motrin before I do Curves/Zumba and other various exercises because it helps with the soreness later.
  • It's your body responding to your diet change. It should start to regulate but, if not, I'd have it evaluated. Stay hydrated!
