It really bothers me to read how many people feel no pity. No one is perfect, we all have something that someone else will not agree with. Condemning someone can lead a person to hide their addiction and not get help.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie from Oviedo (just outside Orlando).

I just joined today and I'm hoping I can lose some weight that has been creeping on since I started menopause. Oh the joys of aging! LOL
