Coke, chocolate cake, and french fries. Doing much better with cutting out french fries, I occasionally swipe just a few fries from my kid's Happy Meal.

I think doing the 30Day Shred twice in a day is a good thing. One workout is only 22 minutes long. I know people who combine level 1 and level 2 on the same day and get better results. Nothing wrong with doing 45 minutes if you have some exercise experience and feel ready.

Hi all, Thanks for your encouraging comments. I'm going to hang in there! No, I didn't eat any calories I burned off. I think my problem is that I've been eating too little and my body is confused!

The original Tae-Bo 25 minute workout is great! It's easy to learn, short workout you can do at home without equipment or space requirements. It's only 25 minutes which will fly by quick once you learn the moves. I love it because there's no complicated dancy steps to learn (I'm very uncoordinated). TaeBo and treadmill…
