Hemp powder is a very good alternative as well (unsweetened, because some of them contain a ton of sugar--the same goes for whey powder--check the labels)

I can barely type....did a Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (Level 2), Cardio Stability Ball workout AND the challenge exercises--just the Pygmy....couldn't make myself do the Bushman...feels so good to be done!!!

Just got done with today's challenge plus the bonus crunches plus 10 extra plus 45 mins on the elliptical......if I was a guy, I'd chest-bump someone--hard!!!

got today's challenges done--well, almost--I'm on my way out with the puppy for that extra mile. I looked at tomorrow's exercises and I want to know who thought it was a good idea to have 2 days in a row of 200 jumping jacks!!!!!!!

PS I don't know what it is about the woman that does those exercise demos, I mean she's OBVIOUSLY in great shape and EXTREMELY fit, but I feel like I'm watching a porn star work out---just sayin' (I'm probably just jealous....then again, I don't get that creeped out feeling when I see Jillian or Chalene....)

Just finished my challenge moves--none of these are very knee-friendly----and did 40 crunches to add to the team total! I put them off all day long and by 8:45PM figured it was now or never so I got my butt up and took care of business! Go team!!!!

got the lunges in--did 25 for each leg. don't know about staying under calories--I'll really try--it's my son's birthday party which I have to get ready for so no time for workout...blah, blah. Keeping my fingers crossed for the weigh in tomorrow.... go team go!!!
