I just had pancakes that were very good but very different....1 large whole banana=2 eggs...whisk them together until they are well combined then fry in a little oil...whichever you prefer. I made them all small and had a plateful...yummy, filling and they do indeed look like pancakes...approx. 20 calories for the batch.

Love Zumba~~! Exercise and I didn't belong in the same sentance before either!!! I have Zumba for the Wii and it is fun there too but the classes are soooo much better!! I find with the wii that it doesn't care if you have the steps right as long as you are moving! LOL!

Don't focus on the total # of pounds you want to lose......just focus on the first 10 pounds, once that is gone focus on the next 10#'s. it won't seem so overwhelming then. yummmmm! Steel cut oats for me too and I put mine in the slow cooker at night, turn it on low when I go to bed and in the am it is ready to eat. Add what ever goodies you want at the same time as you turn on the slow cooker. google slow cooker steel cut oats for the exact measurements of liquid to oats.

Aw! Chalk it up to experience and get back to your routine in the morning! Ramp up your exercise block a bit for a day or two and your body won't even know you went walk about for a couple of days! LOL! we all fall of the food wagon at times, we just get up and keep on going and you can too. Good luck to you!

Ah, no! LOL!!! But i do like Zumba!!! I take a class twice a week and a group get together another night thru the week to practice what we have learned and get some more exercise at the same time! it is a lot of fun isn't it?

Just been here 2 weeks myself! This is what I have been looking for for years! As much involvement as you want and a great place to keep track of what your eating and doing in the exercise department! Very motivational!!! Sear whatever meat you want to cook in the slow cooker and throw it in with veggies and add chicken stock, lowfat of course , or water to half cover , turn on low and let it work it's magic all day while you are gone, when you get home it is good to go and very tasty!
