Did 45 minute interval workout Did 100 girlie push-ups (one day ill be able to do regular) Had a horrible eating day because I was stuck at home and bored. Way too many carbs. Need to get back to work and in a regular routine..

Great job everyone. I tried to give up chocolate yesterday but ended up making banana bread with chocolate chips. ( my bad). Did 150 crunches.

In reviewing your diary, you are eating very healthy, but I am not sure you are posting the correct amounts. May I suggest that you take a couple days and deliver all your food as you have in the past and at the same time, measure it with a kitchen food scale and record that amount.
