Did Day 6 last night with an additional walk/run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Is anybody else doing additional cardio? I did day 5 yesterday after a 2 day break and I am really sore again. Weighed myself this morning on a scale that says Lo battery and it is up 1.8 lbs. I also measured and there is no change in that. Took Friday and Saturday off and did Day 5 this morning. It went really good even with the break. Made it 3/4 of the way through the second set of pushups, knee bothers me a little on the lunges so do easy level with them. It feels really good to be geting stronger with all the moves. Good Morning, Did D3L1 last night and this morning I woke up with a screaming headache and very sore upper body muscles. A massage would feel absolutely wonderful. The workout does not seem to be getting any easier but I am going to persevere. Have a great day everyone.
