Today was my last day in level one.. after about 3 days off within 2 weeks... (2 days off per week) I feel great.. lost about 9 lbs since I started... pretty sure most of it was excess water :tongue: I lost a total of 16 cm of my whole body parts.. that's almost 6.3 inches :happy: Sooo happy and encouraged.. and can't wait…

hmmm I tried to sign up in JM official website, and there she was suggesting to have 2 days off of the week Saturday and Tuesday Monday and Friday or, Sunday and Thursday.. So I guess Levels are meant to be done in 5 days TOTAL not in a row.. and having 2 days off to heal and build muscles

I eat a banana or an apple right b4 the workout... it gives me the energy to start.. However.. I don't think waking up 30 min earlier would be a good idea.. otherwise you will tend to avoid doing the workout to sleep those 30 mins and then eventually ending up doing nothing! I will do my 6th day today.. after a small rest yesterday. I gained a pound after losing 6 since I started exercising 8 days ago. But I guess I lost half inches here and there because my wearings fits more comfortably now :smile:

I exercised for 7 days and can't help but take a day rest! I intend to continue the whole 30 days without another rest and see how it goes!
