Yes, this definitely works as it is based on clear scientific principles of calories in must be less than calories out to lose weight and it's working well for me. I am also aiming for 2lb a week which I think is manageable:smile:

I also started on Monday as I really want to lose half a stone ready for a holiday in 6 weeks time. It is so easy to use and free - I can't believe it. If I am out and grab a sandwich from Boots, I just scan the barcode. Even my wine has a barcode to scan !
