  • Cut into chunky cubes and roast in the oven with a few squirts of garlic fry light, or drizzle with garlic oil, sprinkle with cumin, paprika and chilli (add any herbs you like eg dried rosemary or fennel seeds, season all etc).   • Give it time and keep at it. I lost 3 lbs last week , nothing the week before and nothing this week despite no changes to my diet/lifestyle. I have however lost quite a bit over the course of the past 18 months or so. Don't let this get you down, it's perfectly normal and it's the bigger picture that counts. Good luck.

  • I usually shower as its quicker but tonight I had a long soak in the bath for the first time in weeks and I realised that I didn't need as much water to cover me. I also was able to put both arms by my side's with room to spare. Such a small Tuesday triumph but such a good feeling!
