Yeah I've just started JUDDD and am exercising on fast days - not Insanity, but cardio and weight training. Feel OK so far...just trying to make sure I get enough sleep. I think that helps!

I would love to join please! Im mother to a toddler and work full time. I have put on so much weight after stopping bf and cant seem to shift it. I could do with the motivation!!
