I'm 4' 11 1/2 officially, on everything i write 5'0", I just stand a little taller, anyway, I am 136. started at 143 (this go round) and am going to get to 110.

My biggest cause to fall off the wagon...LIFE, sometimes it just happens, and I have to gather the courage and self discipline to get back on, not always easy and sometimes takes a little while, but worth sticking to it. I'm trying the mantra this year of "slow and steady" to get to the goal.

I've been hit or miss the last 2 weeks with level 1and need to boost myself along. Please feel free to add me, So far I've done Level 1 5 times, thinking of moving to level 2 in the AM.
