Breaking it up is better then nothing but to build your staminar you should try to do cardio for atleast 25 min at a time to get the heart rate going. If you cannot do the whole 25 min try doing 5 minutes then slow down for 2 minutes, then 5 minute slow down for 2. etc. You will be amazed how fast you will built your…

No, I would wait until you have had a few days of 100%. If you put in a workout you may make matter worse and will take you out for much longer then if you just wait a couple of days.

I get this all the time. Its is very normal that is why you see runners and other athletes wrap up in insulated wraps after an event. Drinking warm liquids does help me.

Definitly focus on quitting and believe me it is one of the hardest things to do. You may fluctuate with your weight a bit but stick with it. Try to have healthy snacks laying around and chew lots of sugarless gum. Try to move more also because your lungs will work better you will feel like you can excercise for longer…

I agree nuts are a great and healthy way to get the calories you need. Now you can buy them in many different flavors and spicies just look in the peanut aisle in your grocery store or health food store.

Rest days are important but if you feel like you could challange yourself you might want to try some crosstraining. On rest days you could try bike riding, swimming, strength training etc. I also agree adding distance to your existing workout would also be very helpful. GOOD LUCK
