I do this with cheese... I -always- think a serving is bigger than what it is.

I use full fat ranch and dip my fork instead of pouring it on. The low fat version has less calories, but its sugary taste is hard to miss... they replace the fat with corn syrup

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Creamy-Chicken-and-Sour-Cream-Enchiladas/Detail.aspx http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Cheese-and-Beef-Enchiladas/Detail.aspx If you substitute fat free sour cream and cheese for the regular stuff, you might have enough calories for some rice too.

Giving into peer pressure. In the summer, I stay at my parents' place. On weekdays, I hang around the house where even the cat is on a diet. On weekends, I'm around my friends and none of them care about their weight. Things go downhill fast.

Steak egg and cheese muffin melt. I refuse to set foot in the place after 11am.

I would probably log "going through the house" as exercise, dig out my bike, and go somewhere to eat all my exercise calories.

Shirataki noodles, aka fishbait :) Tried them, they're good in Japanese cooking but that's about it.

Water, maybe powerade. Stay away from pop and energy drinks because they dry you out.

I picked up a pair of knee supports recently and they have been working well. They didn't fix all of it but I can run without problems again.

Try putting a bit of honey on them. It doesn't really fix the dryness but it's really super good.

not sure how much of this would fall under being unclean... scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, grilled chicken snack wrap with tomatoes and hot sauce (would someone please explain how even something as basic as scrambled eggs can gain calories by being made at a mcdonalds?), pretty much any frozen veggie with some…

To me, it's definitely worth the few extra calories because sugar doesn't taste the same. Maybe I wouldn't be saying that if I was having say, three cups instead. But that's just me. On a semi-unrelated note, how does a working mom with three kids wind up with a 1400 calorie budget for the day? That sounds a little low.

Make sure you're at least eating your BMR (probably more than 1200) but other than that eat what you're hungry for. There's a calculator for it under Tools here. Might be your exercise killing your appetite, by the way. I've had the same problem ever since starting my current job.

I'm starting to think those 100 calorie snacks can have as many calories as they want as long as they pay their yearly bribe. After seeing this (http://www.iateapie.net/reviews/archives/2008/03/i_cant_believe.php) at the grocery store the last shred of my respect for the FDA was gone. Fat free what?

I've got a similar problem because of my random work schedule. Pretty much as a rule it looks like it was decided with a set of dice. Here's a d6 for number of days worked, a d10 for the number of hours, and just for giggles let's go evens or odds for if the manager asks her to go on break. Argh! But yeah, my body got used…

I was shocked to find out what they really meant by sedentary, and that I wasn't it even before I got my current job. I was also shocked to find out I'm sensitive to a couple foods.

The nutrition is okay but I hate how they seem to be better at making wallets slim than people. Michelina's has a line of fairly cheap diet tv dinners. They're just as good but cost half as much, sometimes less.

That quarter cup is for uncooked noodles. After you cook them it's a full cup.
-
1 big mac 1 medium fry 1 small powerade Yet somehow I've lost another inch. Wtf. Must be all my battling the kobolds... I mean, serving the customers. Yeah I really love my job... not!

Leftover spaghetti.
-
Shrimp, pasta, and anything tomatoey. I used to add fried food to that list but my work kinda killed that.
-
Yeah, it did suck. Wonder what downed the site?
-
Yep, they do it with frozen pizzas all the time. It doesn't care, at least it doesn't if you melt it.
-
Whatever's handy, really. Random tv dinners, leftovers... if it's in the house at eight in the morning it can be a breakfast item. I usually shoot for 300-400 calories.
-
Let's see, what did I get tonight... 1 big mac 1 medium fry 1 diet pop 1 DKNY blouse, size 12 1 pair of DKNY jeans, size 14 If only my employee discount applied to the clothes. Haha. No, I did not eat the clothes.

Roll 'em over, it'll help give you a limit when you start seeing no point in trying to have one. There is nothing healthy in a hospital and I know it's tempting to tell your diet to get lost for the night when that happens. It's what I usually do with stuff like that.

Yes, do eat all your calories. Eat more food, and don't worry that the calories MFP tells you to eat are too high. They're not.
