I love Turbo Fire. Already completed the program, but I only did the 1st 12 weeks because I didn't have the advanced DVDS. I do now!! I will be starting again after my vacation in May. Right now I just pick and choose which DVD I wnat for the night. Anyone tried Extreme??? That's what I'm looking into next . . .

I am currently doing P90X and my hubby is doing Pump. Both programs are fabulous, but you will need weights with P90x. The great thing about Pump is the weights come with it unless you and hubby want to do it together. If time is an issue go with Pump because P90x is 60 min or longer every night. Pump is 20-40 min…

I used to be. I am 5'6" and a half! LOL I started at 216 and I'm now 172. Trying to get to 145. :smile:

I've ben doing p90x for 2 months now and I can't tell how much the heart rate monitor has helped. I would invest in one. I burn anywhere form 350-700 calories depending on the video.

I'm on Day 55 of P90X! I also did Insanity and Turbo Fire. Love them all, but my all time favorite is still Turbo Fire!!!:laugh:

I'm in month 2 right now. Although the scale isn't moving much, I am losing inches and my clothes are much baggier on me. :laugh: I am building a lot of muscle too. Although I do like the program, if you want to lose more weight, I don't think it's the way to go. I will finish the program, but them I have 25 more pounds to…

I've completed Insanity and TF. I'm currently in week 5 of P90X. If you want fun, I'd go with TF. I got great results with Insanity and it's awesome cardio. As for P90X I love to hate it. I'm getting results, but some of the moves are tough!! I'm always up for a challenge!

I'm currently on week 5 of the classic version. Lost 2lbs and 2 inches so far. Can feel an incredible difference in my body though so I'm excited to see day 90 results.

No way. I don't think you're eating enough. You need a lot of energy to get through these workouts. So fuel your body with good food.

Oh yes. I still see the fat girl in the mirror even though I know I look different after losing 45lbs! The pictures help too. Sometimes I am amazed that it's actually me in the pictures with no double chin or rolls!

Don't give up on Insanity!! I could barely do the warm up either. But I did complete it and it was so worth it. I lost 13 lbs which is great, but it took off 15 inches!!!!!

I would love too! I just finished Insanity and loved it. My plan is to begin Thursday. ( I was going to start Monday But my kids got sick and now I'm fighting it off!!) :bigsmile:

This is the hot topic here . . You have to figure out what works for your body. Some days I don't touch them, but other days I need more energy because my workouts are too intense. Test the waters and find out what works for you.
