My protein drinks are a bit higher in calories becasue I mix them with milk and frozen fruit. But I must say chocolate with a frozen banana is to die for!!!! :drinker: I use the wheyobolic extreme protein from GNC (only 1 scoop), 1 cup of lowfat milk and 1 cup of frozen fruit. Strawberries with vanilla is another good one!

Totally agree. I have a 7 yr old and a 2yr old. The little one sleeps while the older one has quiet time so Mommy can workout. And if it doesn't work the way I have planned it, my hubby knows I get 1 hour when he gets home! You must find time for yourself to be the best Mom and wife you can be!!!!!

Yes I did speak to the doc and he said anything low impact is a great start to get back where I was. He told me to only to PT the first week and then start with low impact exercises.

I have DVDs that use the resistance band for 30 min. I just long them as strength training in cardio. I believe I'm buring more calories, but I would rather put in less than more!

I have really bad knees as well. Had surgery and also the halagon injections. I've been doing Turbo fire and it's great on my knees. Some of the jumping I stay away from but I love it!!! I also had found that puttinh ice on my knee for 10 min after an intense workout really helps a lot!!!
