Thanks. I feel much younger :) I'm 28 now and was 24 I think in the before picture. I had to use an old pic as I always avoided the camera back then :)

I'm 5'8 and started at 240 lbs. I'm now maintaining between 138-145 lbs. I consider myself to be large framed

Me. UK size 12 in jeans and 8/10 in tops. I've always had big hips but as I have a smaller waist I don't care.

I seemed to have taken much longer than everyone else :sad: 2 years including a 6 month period of not trying very hard. A few days of eating well then I'd slip up and decide to wait until the following monday to restart. Not a good idea but I got there in the end and maintained over 1 year.…

I don't. I only count actual exercise ie activities that require a sports bra. I walk an hour to work and from work each day and also walk my dog at least an hour but I consider this a normal everyday activity. Also never count housework. I hate cleaning so stop all the time for a coffee break anyway. It nevers gets my…

My 2 favourites. I did meet James Masters a few years ago when his band Ghost of the Robot played in The Cavern in Liverpool. I got a hug from him. I don't think he's that attractive but was one of my favourite characters from Buffy :smile:

Apocalyptica (Finnish cello metal band) I was so worried about seeing them live. Thought it would really boring. I love their music but didn't think they were the type of band to see live. It was actually a great gig. I had a great time :)

My favourite bands are Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Paradise Lost. I've saw load's of bands live including Slipknot, Metallica, Machine Head and Type O Negative. Haven't been to a gig in ages though :(

I've never cut alcohol out but just drink less than I used to. Takes me much less to get drunk these days anyway :)
