I've never had much luck with cooking tofu in the past. I've recently gone back to being a veggie again after 2 years of eating fish. I want try tofu again to help me get more protein my diet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also can it be frozen and re-heated once cooked?

Hi. I'm almost at my goal weight after losing 93lbs. 7 more to go. Its taken almost 2 years to get this. I joined mfp in jan 2011 but haven't been using it at much as I should.
