Pull ups (1) 0 - Fail
Vertical Leap (3'') 6'' - Pass
Push ups (from toes) (3 ) 21 - Pass
Toe Touch ( -6'' ) -3'' - Pass
Wall squat (1 Minute) 1 min 34 s - Pass
Biceps Curl (10 x 8lbs ) 9x 6kg/13.2lbs - Pass
In and outs (25 ) 28 - Pass

I don't have a pull up bar yet so will be doing pull downs with a resistance band. I'm suprised I managed 21 push ups this morning. That's a personal best for me. Can't wait to see how many I can do when I've finished the 90 days. I'm not expecting to lose many lbs as already at my goal weight but will take measurements.

    That's some impressive results flower, way to go! :)

    Congrats on your personal record on the push ups too, although one thing I've noticed in myself, when I went to start Insanity, I didn't think I'd do as well as I am doing, merely because I doubted my fitness levels :)

    Looking forward to your journey and results through P90X, just stay strong, chin up and push as hard and as safely as you can :)
