I started at 36.5. It's now 21.3.

I workout in front of my husband all the time. It's his house too so I can't exactly kick him out the living room! I used to be self consious but I'm not now. I do yoga, p90x and insanity. He thinks it's crazy to see me cranking out push ups aat 6am but I think he's impressed by what I can do.

Sorry bunnies nothing from me today or tomorrow. No time to exercise other than walking my dog. I won't count that as I wouldn't any other time. It's an everyday activity so I don't log it.

6/12 160. Sorry it's a low burn today. Yoga day for me. Will do better tomorrow. I've got the afternoon off work so going for a jog when I get home. Then onto legs and back workout. If I can do more I will. Going out for a chinese so will need all the exercise cals I can get!

3/12 192 cals. Strength training day so only a low burn. With me doing p90x there will 4 strength and yoga days a week but will get some extra in at the weekend. Although as I'm at goal weight and been exercising over 2years now, I don't burn as many cals as I used to :(

Hi I'm Carly. I'm 28 and married. No children yet. I work for local council and like wightrose also stuck behind a pc all day I reached my goal weight in Feb this year after losing over 100 lbs. So far have been sucessful in keeping it off. I'm starting a p90x/insanity hybrid on monday. Already done both these programs…

1/12 - 226. I will have better burns from Monday when I start P90X/insanity hybrid. This week has been a rest week in between exercise programs

I've been maintaining since feb. I think they're both exactly the same. Obviously I can eat more but it takes the same amount of effort to maintain that it does to lose it.

I've never tried pumpkin before. They don't sell canned pumpkin in the supermarkets in the UK for some reason. Just found a website that sells it so will order some. Can't wait to try some of these recipes :)
