I want to join this challenge. SW = 215.2 lbs (Sunday, January 1) Week 1 = xxxlbs (Sunday, January 8) Week 2 = xxx lbs (Sunday, Jan. 15) Week 3 = xxx lbs (Sunday, Jan. 22) Week 4 = xxx lbs (Sunday, Jan. 29) Total lost = xx lbs (Thursday, Feb 1). I need to be rid of this weight, FOREVER!!!

That is kind of what I am wondering too. Are you supposed to eat your alloted calories every day? What if you are constantly under the daily calories that the website suggest? What then?
