i've made a variation of this & i really like it! i just wanted to add that you can use a unsweetened almond milk (or which ever you prefer) in place of the olive oil for even less cals. i use this cheese on a lot of my meals - especially my tacos or burritos.

you've *kind of* spoken about it above - but is the calories keeping them in the 'MFP green' - or is it, even if you exercise for 2 hours & MFP allows you to have extra cals for the day to stay in the green due to exercise, you're out? i guess what i'm asking is - if i know i'm going to run an hour, i should set my cals…

hey all, i'm amy & i joined mfp back in the beginning of the year & did really, really well. i even got up to running an 8k, lost 22 lbs. then, i was injured at work, stopped running, had a death in my family & started eating comfort foods. i'm wanting to get back to it & the best way would be to have to be accountable.…

i'm a crazy wings fan! our wedding colors were red & white. our cake had a stanley cup on the top (we got married in 2008, when the wings won the cup), all of our dogs are named after wings players. if i HAD to pick a second team to follow, i wouldn't... i just love my wings too much! but i do love marty brodeur too. welcome! i'm relatively new as well, but i got hooked & i love being online & tracking everything. you'll see that if you keep track of everything you do, you really will find it easy. i've lost 14lbs since starting in late jan. good luck!

hi courtney - things seemed to be much better on friday! i'm thrilled that after all the free agent stuff with parise & sueter, that we were able to beat the wild! i'm hoping that they can beat the hawks today. GO WINGS!
