Go somewhere inexpensive like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Ross. Just get a few pants, shirts to get you through until you lose more weight. I just went to Ross and got 3 pair of jean, 3 shirts, 2 shoes and some random household goods for $100. :-)

Ok we do the "biggest loser challenge" every February at my work. We do a ten week challenge. Every employee wanting to participate puts in $20. I didn't really care for the six week six pack. I really liked when I alternated between the "Banish fat, boost metabolism" and "No more trouble zones." I can't wait for my knee to be completely better because I want to try the killer legs one.

After my 30DS I moved on and started alternating between "Banish fat, boost metabolism" and "No more trouble zones" by Jillian Michaels. After getting too comfortable with all of that I have moved onto Ripped in 30:) You have to keep working those muscles to maintain the definition!

Chobani! I think all plain greek yogurt has a little bit of tang to it, I think it's just a plain yogurt thing. I use plain yogurt (various brands) in place of sour cream when I prepare meals. But give chobani a shot, I love the texture best too

If anything it will help with your weight loss since protein makes you feel full longer:)

I always go over my protein, if you are working out you need more protein than they suggest on here anyway to build and maintain more muscle

grapes, raspberries, sargento light string cheese (70 cals), cauliflower and/or broccoli and hummus, 12 almonds (blue diamond toffee and cinnamon sugar are my fav).

All you need is hand weights, I would recommend 3 or 5 lb ones. Mat is optional:) LOVE the 30 ds!

I have been doing this since March, I started with the 30ds and have moved onto the ripped in 30, no more trouble zones, etc. I started at 151 at 5'4", I am now 136 and only 3 pounds away from my goal weight, I went from a small D to an average C. So you will definitely lose some.

I did it daily...I stretched it to a 42 day shred and only missed two days total. Got great results

Jillian michael's has a ton of different dvds but only one that says "30 day shred." I was really out of shape when I started the 30ds so I did the level one (all levels are on the same dvd) for like two weeks before I moved up...I ended up doing a 42 day shred lol. I always get this way so during the week that I am the food monster I eat up to my maintenance cals if I want. That way I don't gain but i'm not miserably depriving myself:)

If it's in your muscles...i get it in the front of my thighs a lot after squats and lunges, it is a lactic acid build up in your muscles

I use GNC wheybolic extreme in chocolate. I mix with milk in the "blender bottle" you can buy the bottle at GNC also. It is just a cup with a spiral metal thing that mixes everything by just shaking it. The blender bottle works so well!!!
