roast 3 cups of rhubarb in the oven at 400 for about 15 minutes or until tender watch it because it will go to mush quickly. I will sprinkle some zylitol on it for sweetener. put in a bowl and add sugar free strawberry jello that has been dissolved in a cup of hot water. you can put this in the fridge use it as jam or pie…

try different green teas my favorite is Tazo Zen. It has a hint of lemon grass and mint vey smooth. I also like the Jasmine green teas as they smell really nice.

cook them as per package direction then store them in the fridge for the week. scoop out what you want for your meal. I top mine with berries and yogurt.

I add Chia seed, hemp seed, and ground flax to my morning smoothy for cereal. You wont know it is in there and a good source of fiber.

I put that amount of vinegar on my salad everyday. And I also will drink a shot of vinegar. Apple cider or balsamic both are delish.

Those pictures make my stomach churn.

In Canada you can buy any fitness monitor at the apple store. Not sure if all the apple stores carry them but the one in WEM Edmonton does. I have the fitbit one and I wear it all the time. It is a great motivator. You can also monitor your sleep.

I'm in.

I have a fitbit one I love it. It does an awesome job of tracking my sleep and my steps. It also tracking the number of flights of stairs you do a day. It sync with MFP every 15 minutes. I love it. love it love it.

This week is omlette week. Made sunday night. 4 eggs, 2 oz. ham 1 cup spinach, 1 green onion, 1 cup mushrooms, 2 oz. shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon butter. makes 4 servings at 154 calories.

It also doesn't log flights of stairs accurately. I go up 6 flights of stairs to make it to my apartment and it only logs 6. Did you expect it to log 15 flights LOL ok that comment was before you did the edit.

Love my fit bit. It is an excellent motivator. I like the one as it tracks your sleep your steps your calories out. and you can check it through the day without being near a computer or phone.

I do this also but to switch it up I put in feta and a bit of parmesan cheese. Or sometimes I will add bacon bits (not much) with cheddar.

Lady I feel your pain. I love anything sweet. LOVE LOVE LOVE COOKIES. Cake squares chocolate. I find it very hard to resist and say no sweets. I know I am a true sugar addict. I fight with this everyday. I have no advice on how to handle this. I just say no to them as much as possible but often my sweet tooth wins me over.

wow great suggestions for cakes and the just limit how much you have works in theory. However, what about those of us who can not help but consume more then your fair share of the ooey gooey delicousness we do exist. For some of us self control is very difficult. I can pass on the bread and pasta even the meat. But dessert…

She looks great in the picture but did anyone else notice that her arms have no excess skin and she does not have stretch marks. with that big of a loss there should be some evidence that she was over weight.

looking at your food diary, that breakfast is huge could you not have half of that for lunch and half for breakfast. It is very healthy but high calories.
-

Enjoy yourself. There are a lot of very healthy choices in all inclusives. also they have fitness classes which can be a blast. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and then eat anything else that floats your boat. Alcohol can be a problem......... empty calories that fog your mind and make it hard to say no to most…

my favorite morning drink is 4 oz. of hot 1% milk, 4 shots of espresso and a tablespoon of french vanilla international delight. this replaces my venti coffee with around 4 oz of heavy cream.

cut it in half, remember the large stone in the middle. Pull the 2 halves apart, hit the stone with a sharp knife and give it a little twist, then take a spoon and scoop out the fruit.
-
fruit smoothy with yogurt and protein powder throw in some hemp hearts or chia seed. I thin it out with water as opposed to juice. so for 300 calories you will have a big glass of filling goodness.
-
looking at your food diary, i would try and reduce some of the grain products you are consuming. and add vegetables lots of vegetables and some fruit. Also chinese food is very high in sugar and sodium. Also stay away from processed foods.

Ready made Jello puddings in the refrigerator at the supermarket. 60 calories and they come in all kinds of flavors. I like the chocolate mousse with diced strawberries or raspberries on a graham wafer.
-
All the time. I like my soup in a mug my cereal in a mug and my coffee in a glass.

eat more vegetables, and some more fruit. Get off of all those processed meats they are loaded with sodium and nitrates. Try to eat at least 3 cups of vegetables a day.
