I say learn your max for the other 2 main lifts (deadlifts bench) since you know your max squat, then build a routine around those 3 lifts

Get a spotter if possible. Form is key if you train with a partner have him/her record you so you can see for yourself if you are doing it properly.

It's helps immensely when done properly, how long and how often it should be done depends on the individual when I first started with it I did it every day for at least 30 min. Now I do it 2-3 times a week and I feel great. It helped reduce my forearm tendinitis greatly. I train hard so foam rolling is a must for me.

When people hear the word "diet" most assume its a fad diet that can be seen on morning or late night infomercials. I stopped using the word diet, I just say I'm eating clean (which I am) it's simpler in my opinion. It's not a diet it's not temporary it's a lifestyle.

I would hope so but I've heard that several times from soooo many people, they have this idea that if you are married suddenly you're stuck or if your not married "its just a relationship so it's no big deal if you left".

Well there it is he might be out of shape and smokes lots of weed, get him to drop some weight cutback smoking or quit entirely and he will be back to normal. If he gets in shape his confidence and sex drive will rise, he will feel better about himself therefore not worry about his appearance which in turn means more sex…

That's very unfortunate, but lets not jump to conclusions it sounds like an excuse for something worse maybe he's having a sexual problem that he's too embarrassed to talk about if so look into some foods or supplements that will give his sex drive a kick in The *kitten*. Your best bet is to not buy them instead bake healthy alternatives from scratch its amazing what can be done with coconut sugar, rolled oats, agave sweetener and chocolate chips!
