Google Demi Moore and leech therapy. I just shuddered a little.

....also wanted to add that my great-Aunt helped sew the dress of Glinda the Good Witch in the original Wizard of Oz movie. She also dog-sat Billy Burke's (the good witch) dogs when she made other movies or traveled. :)

I have one kidney. I donated my left one to my Dad.

Maybe it's my water? I've tried everything - using older eggs, adding vinegar, etc. STILL have about 20% of the eggs that come apart when I peel them. And that's after the ice bath. That's why baking them works for me! :)

I don't like the smell of boiled eggs either. I didn't specifically think about the smell when I made these, but I didn't notice the nasty boiled egg smell, so I think you'll be good! :)

Crockpot365.blogspot.com is a great resource. The Mom blogged daily for a year regarding crockpot recipes - all recipes are gluten free. I have gotten my best recipes from there! Good luck, it's not nearly as hard as it seems. It's pretty easy to cook gluten free once you get into it and you will be better for it!~

Boiled eggs, tuna. string cheese......I use all of these as snacks. Not such high fat, except maybe some in the cheese, but all have high protein as compared to carbs.

I read that it is good for helping prevent asthma problems. I've had nothing BUT asthma problems as I live in WA state, humid, cold and lots and lots of trees. The ACV does seem to help. The flavor takes some getting used to, but I take it daily and I think it helped with my acid reflux, too!

I finally got the proper proportions to cook brown rice in my rice cooker and will never go back to white rice. This is much to my kids chagrin, but they will learn to love it eventually :)

Also forgot to say that my son's psychologist recommends high protein/fat for breakfast. We don't do low carb, or anything like that, but focus on having scrambled eggs, a piece of bacon or sausage and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Helps him pay attention and focus better until lunchtime.

Hi, my son is ADHD and autistic. This summer we went 100% gluten free with him and he was able to get off 3 medicines, including Intuniv, a long-acting ADHD medicine. We also have him take iron, fish oil and L-Tyrosine supplements, all of which have helped him. I keep finding new supplements which seem to be supported with…

We're having pizza pasta for dinner. I make it with gluten free penne. Then add some chopped pepperoni, bell pepper, onions, olives and homemade pasta sauce. On top goes a lovely layer of low fat mozzarella. Add a salad and we're ready to eat!

Still using it and still loving it! Great meal replacement that keeps me full all morning. Two scoops is 180 calories, 24 carbs and 4 grams of fiber. I really just think it's a great product. I only use a little over one scoop so a bag will last longer than a month. I found that two scoops is too chocolate-y.

I love all kinds of tea. Having asthma, I get congested a lot. I have a case of a tea that's called "Breathe Easy" tea. I don't like licorice at all, but it has a hint of licorice in it that's quite nice. I've shared this tea with family and friends when they're congested and everyone raves about it. I also like green tea…

This right here! I have used ground flax seed in the past and recently got the whole seeds. There is no comparison!

I bought a bag to try about 2 weeks and I have been taking it faithfully since I got it in the mail. For breakfast, a little ice, one scoop of Rockin' Wellness, chia seeds and coconut/almond milk. Sometimes I have a shake for my late afternoon snack as well. It took about 3 days to notice changes. Rockin' Wellness has more…

I'm just starting out with MFP, but I've curbed my evening "snackies" with 1/2 T chia seeds and one scoop of a protein shake in coconut/almond milk. We eat dinner at 5pm (kids) and I usually don't go to bed until 12 or 1 a.m. I found it impossible to go 7 or 8 hours after dinner without a snack. In the past, I made poor…

How do you make it into a pizza crust? Just mash and bake? Sounds intriguingly delicious!
