I run up to 10 miles without eating before hand. For runs over 6 miles, I carry a bottle of sugar water with me and sip it (volvic touch of lemon and lime), just to keep me going! If I'm running over 10 miles, I have a small breakfast about 2 hours at least before it, otherwise I get really bad stitch!

I have three Wheatabix with a teaspoon of sugar and 200ml of skimmed milk! I love it, a change from porridge on these warmer days :) It's 14g protein, and super quick to make and eat.

Can't see your diary, but perhaps make sure you're getting enough protein :) Protein fills me up a lot more for the calories worth than carby foods.

On the mobile app, if you go to the Settings > Weekly Nutrition settings > you can then change the start date of your week there, and when you go to your nutrition tab, and tap weekly, it'll show you your net calories for that week :) Hopefully this will be useful!

Someone already mentioned, but I always go for Vodka, Soda and Lime (fruit, not cordial). I love the taste, and it's like 70kcals or so per drink! :) Wayyy better than a pint of cider for 250kcal or so. Enjoy! Have fun.
