Well I add coffee and its 5. I add a little extra fiber to my coffee and its 30. I add soymilk to my coffee and its 20. So in all my coffee is 55. If I have 2 cups its 110. So, if I didn't count anything below 20 or 30 my coffee would be free.....wish it worked that way. Short answer: YEP

You would have to have 3500 calories above and beyond your TDEE to gain 1 lb of fat. Example...if your TDEE is 2100 calories a day times 4 days 2100*4= Total TDEE for 4 days is 8400 calories .
