Level 1 is complete and the results are in!! I'm down 4lbs and 5in. I have also been walking 20 min a day and completed 2015 squats(!) in October, so that helped too. Heck yea! Will be starting Level 2 after work. :-)

Yesss! Day 6 complete and unscheduled at that. I had planned on taking 1 rest day in between each level, being today. I can't believe it's before 7am and I'm done with my 4th day! Woohoo! It was pretty difficult not only having to sweat my butt off 20 min after waking but waking up an hour earlier also. Day 3 done. Yes! I agree with you all. The jumping rope sucks as well as the push ups. I've noticed a slight change in how difficult it was 2days ago. Will be attempting to do this workout first thing in the morning tomorrow...around 5am. Dun, dun, dun......hoping to get in the habit before work.
