Basically got rid of processed foods and after that ate whatever I wanted, just following MFP guidelines. I go to the gym 3 days a week for an hour with a combination of bike riding the other 3 days a week leaving a day off to relax. I usually take Progressive vege greens powder as well as the Phytoberry mix. I'm usually a little short on my water intake so this helps a bit as well.:smile:
