I am a beginner at cycling, I do most of my cycling inside. However I have been trying to build up some courage to ride to and from work. It is about 5 miles. Maybe I will get the boost I need to make that happen this Spring!!

I am in the same rut as you right now. I have lost about 10 pounds and to me that isnt enough to jusitfy all of the exercising that I am doing. However, I am determined not to give up, and I encourage you not to also! We can do this!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
