Mashed Cauliflower.....sounds strange, but once you add a tiny bit of milk and butter (yes, butter....you are saving so many calories because you aren't using potatoes that it's alright to use butter)......they taste amazingly like rich mashed potates. I add garlic too. You cook them just as you would potatoes....boil them…

FORGIVE YOURSELF!!! Life happens....do not beat yourself up. Just dust yourself off the next day and get back on track. I went to our county fair last night and completely over indulged on fried everything, and my pants still felt too loose to wear when I got up this morning. One bad day will not ruin all of your hard work!

My starting weight was 195lbs and I am now down to 188lbs in 13 days!!! I am trying to do this the right way. Smaller portions, more fruits and veggies, more lean proteins. Avoiding processed flour and sugar (basically any white food). I am visiting the gym 3-4 times a week. I drink a ton of water. So much so that I visit…

I started on September 10th, and am down 5 pounds in a week, but I think that is mostly water weight. I'll take it though!!! Feel free to add me! I am 5'3" with around 40 lbs to lose, but 20-30 is definitely a start. Had a physical the other day and my blood pressure was higher than I would like it. Time to start taking control and getting it back on track. I am going to try working out 4-5 times a week at a local gym, and stick to 1400 calories…
