I tried it when it first came out, about 4 years ago. Didn't do anything for me except the obvious as people have stated above.

Amazing, you look like a different person. Great work!
-
I agree with this.
-
Not sure what you're doing for exercise but I would suggest strength training for the last 10 lbs, at least 3 times a week. Make sure you're eating at least 1200 NET calories, drink more water and cut out all refined sugar.
-
Maybe. Whatever you do, take it slow and you will know for sure over time.
-
Totally agree.

He's a man so he should always NET no lower then 1500. 1200 is for women. :)

I allow myself one junk meal a week. One or two junk days would be dangerous for me weight loss!
-
You're better off continuing with MFP.
-
It's good to keep your metabolism guessing! It totally works.
-
I think a cheat "meal" is better then an actual cheat day. You definitely deserve a cheat meal if you work hard but don't allow yourself to go too off track if you decide to make it a cheat day.

Kegels are the answer! I have the same problem after 2 and I hate it.
-
I know they are but just alone a pair of 12 lb weights are $30+.

I don't think 5&8's are low at all. I think that's a smart place to start with ChaLean. You always burn an insane amount of calories, good for you girl. Good luck with ChaLean, I hated it at first but have really grown to love her workout regimens. I started out with 5&8's too, I eventually just stopped using ChaLean for…

Exactly.
-
This is SO wrong.

No, it's unhealthy to lose more then 1-2lbs a week. The faster you lose weight the more likely you are to put it back on.
-
YES you eat them. Never go below 1200 'NET" calories a day. You will be doing yourself more harm then good.
-
Never got that message. I noticed it changed my calories automatically but I enter everything manually and don't follow their recommendations.
-
I wish it worked this way but I'm pretty sure the body doesn't work like this!

*LIKE*

I've heard it works for some and not for others. Give it a shot, can't hurt!

Is it like the Zig Zagging method of switching up your daily calories? The best way to lose weight period is just to cut all refined sugar, watch your sodium intake, workout everyday, include strength training in that workout and eat super healthy and drink LOTS of water.

I used to want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 117. Now after having 2 kids that is definitely no longer my goal. My goal is to be as fit and ripped as I can be. I totally love challenging myself and I feel this is the best challenge for me! Skinny is just not sexy anymore. I was definitely too thin before I had…

I have a Polar FT4 HRM, it's awesome, super accurate and has the chest strap. Bought it for $89 for Best Buy. I have the Sharper Image food scale, I like it, it's your basic scale. You can use grams or oz. Got it at Bed Bath & Beyond for $29 with 20% discount.

Doesn't bother me if people don't add a message. I mean generally the messages all say the same thing anyway.
-
Because strength training builds muscle and muscle burns fat!

Oxy Elite Pro is a great thermogenic fat burner and suppresses your appetite extremely well! http://www.oxyelite-pro.com/

I still have yet to find low calorie granola. I would LOVE to make my own. I've seen a lot of recipes floating around but I'm not sure how much lower it is in calories.

Of course, I think it's safe to say we all are emotional when it comes to our weight loss or just weight in general. It's totally normal, hopefully when you start seeing those numbers drop on the scale it will assure you that you're doing a great job and to just keep up the great work.
