Yay congrats!! I think prenatal yoga and walking is probably the BEST exercises while pregnant. Good for your for being concerned already about staying fit while pregnant. I know how hard it is, I have 2 little ones myself.

MFP's default settings for protein and fiber are set super low. I eat a lot of protein and I'm ALWAYS over on my fiber. Those 2 things you shouldn't worry about going over.

Listen to your body, don't push yourself to eat more then you need to. I have the same problem when I burn 600+ calories. It's nearly impossible!

I don't log ANYTHING except for actual exercise. Unless it get's my heart rate up like working out does, it doesn't count. That's just my opinion though. :)

Thanks so much for posting this! I agree. I haven't seen the numbers fall on the scale in the last month like I have hoped but I feel healthier, stronger, more powerful and I know that I'm working really hard and it will all pay off! Thanks for the reminder.

Yes, I have noticed that I started spotting in the last month but I think it's due to something else. I'm seeing my GYN tomorrow. I will mention it to him and see what he says!

Spin is definitely the best cardio! I'm an addict, I spin 3-4 times a week and in a 30 min class I burn around 450-500 calories. I <3 spinning! I haven't tried Zumba but I've heard great things about it as well. Just depends on what you like, I would suggest trying both and see what fits your likes best!
