weight is total mass, fat weighs less than muscle but takes up more space so maybe you want to look at your body fat % and lower this ???

I hate just walking in to gym and trying to get a great work out without direction so i do classes spin,circuits, Hiit and body pump. This for me takes the boredom out of it and its prob reason im still going to gym for 7 months :)

With you hun! but I recently read "don't worry about what you eat over the Christmas period concentrate on the rest of the year" it made perfect sense taking a few weeks break of eating what you want won't stop you reaching your overall goals.

Good luck on your journey! I'm on week 4 and it's amazing the feeling you get after the workout! I started the programme and couldn't run more than 30 seconds now I'm running 5 mins:) I am so proud of myself (and my sister who is my gym buddy) I hope you enjoy your achievements and good luck xx

i love zumba!!! The menus are tricky but the 20 min workouts are fun and fast especially if you like dancing.
