does it make you gassy?? this fiber stuff is new for me, but so far ive noticed it kinda makes me toot!! lol! I know, i can eat this at home and time myself when i will be somewhere I really dont care to toot. I bought some vitalicious snacks that are out of this world, but i have to be careful when i eat them.
