I do not drink milk (makes me nauseated) and I do not eat cottage cheese (gross). I am a picky eater when it comes to dairy foods. I am allergic to almonds ( though I love them).

The only thing is I do not drink milk (it makes me nauseated), I do not like yogurt (tried it and about puked), I love almonds but I am allergic to them. I do not like cottage cheese (yucko), I could add some chesse to my subs (great suggestion)!. Thanks for all of your suggestions.

I do not like bananas....I will try to see if maybe I can get another 100 calorie snack in. I have been trying to watch my sodium intake and sooo many snacks and foods are very high in sodium.

My only problem is I am not reaching 1200 but I am not hungry after I eat my planned meals. I just do not see the sense in eating whenever I am not hungry....isn't that what got me here in the first place? Welcome....I have 40 to lose as my first goal and then 20 as my next. I lost 45 pound about 3 years ago and I felt so much better and felt so much better about myself. I WILL NOT buy bigger clothes so I have got to get back into what I have now. This site has really been a huge help and I have friends on here who help…

I do not measure myself (but I should). I weigh every morning before I get dressed after I have emptied my bladder. Some peole do not agree weighing every day but I do not want to wait a week and see I have gained. I have done this before and it worked for me. :)
