I spray a pan with olive oil spray and take 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters and season it with a little sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder and fry me an egg and serve it on 40 calorie wheat bread with 1tbsp of mayo. Doesn't take long at all and very filling! I have it almost every morning! :)

My only issue with this is whether you actually know how many calories you are burning. I use a heart rate monitor so that my calories burned are more accurate than goin by the machines or whatever is loaded in MFP already. Everyone is different. Have you tried to cut back on your sodium? I started staying at 1200 calories and staying under 2300mg of soidium along with drinking more water for a week and it has started moving again.

All I do is take broccoli florets and toss in olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder or any other salt-free spices (Mrs. Dash) and spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray and bake until browned. Yum Yum!

I have both...I like the fitbit to challenge myself to move more and climb more stairs during the day to reach my goals but I absolutely have to use my Polar HRM w/ chest strap during my workouts for accurate calorie burning!

It is not ALL about the number on the scale...I may weigh more but because I have more muscle I will look as if I weigh less. The scale is not the only source of truth! :)

I believe Natures Own has a 45-calorie white bread. I always get the wheat though. Sara Lee does too I believe.

I am fine with fat-free as long as I am getting in some good fats....our body needs some fat! :) OP: My lunch is usually leftovers from dinner the night before, sandwich with Special K crackers or popcorn chips, or low calorie soup......I work full-time so I have to do easy with not a lot of cooking needed.

Get you an iphone armband...they make some that are waterproof also so you can run in the rain. I use the paid version of run training and the free version of mapmyrun!

I would be skiddish with an older crockpot but I have a stainless steel 6 qt and if I am gone all day I only put it on low so my food wont burn if I run a little late getting home.
