I tried to melt a wedge over my broccoli last night and it would not melt. I even stuck my broccoli in the microwave with the cheese on it and it still would not melt.

Do you have a Subway near you? Get you a 6" turkey on wheat and load it with veggies but NO mayo. Eat it with Lays light chips and a water! My favorite go to meal! :)

bump...I love Mexican but I feel it will knock me off track if I eat out at a Mexican place.

bump....you can go look at my food diary and see my dinner tonight. I kind of threw it together since I was only cooking for myself and it was yummy and filling and even made some for my lunch tomorrow. :)

I agree...I don't know if I could have eaten that many calories in one sitting! LOL!

Mexican will be my cheat meals but I will just eat less chips and watch a little more closely to what I choose to eat. I love chicken fajita quesadillas and the chips and salsa are my weakness!

We will be @ the ball field tonight for my husband's softball tournament so we are grabbing Subway!

I weigh first thing in the morning because I am afraid different clothes will make a difference in my weight plus I have already eaten and drank water so I weigh before I dress in the morning after I empty my bladder. I have seen people at the gym weigh themselves before and after a work-out.

When you are finished you will only feel like crap and wonder "why did I even eat that?" and you will be hungry again in an hour or so! DO NOT DO IT!

I am never really hungry at breakfast so I have never eaten anything other than breakfast foods. I have seen people who eat lunch foods for breakfast sometimes when looking at food diaries on here.

This is not something I will eat all the time. I wanted to eat it to not deprive myself of foods I like and it was FREE. I loved the sandwich. It did not taste like there was alot of mayo in it but I guess the fat shows it did! LOL! NUTRITION INFO: Cals: 365 Fat: 15 Carbs: 7

I pop 2 Kellog Eggo Nutri-grain whole wheat low fat waffles in the toaster and spread peanut butter on them....yummy and filling!

I love the broccoli salad but it is so good I always eat way to much...someone gave me a recipe for a lighter version and it was not as good. :)

I usally steam my broccoli with a little butter and Mrs. Dash seasonings. I also eat raw broccoli with zesty italian dressing poured over it and I let it sit over night and soak up the dressing. :)
