Same I have been switching up my workouts and eating abit more 1200 calories isent a lot and still on a plateau

I have huge calves as well and good news additionellle and pentingtons now carry boots with wider calves there abit pricey but they fit.

I make a big batch of hamburger soup with berms and veggies and put it in the fridge it grab and go and filling

I get skotidakis Greek yogurt 150 grams and it's got fruit or honey on the side in a little cup of its own attached so it's nice

I had the same thing I found cutting more arbs out a replacing bad with good and ok foods with better one and ate abit more the weight started coming off but I am almost 60 days and 10 lost

Special K flatbread sandwiches are really good I was one of those ppl that thought no way but in a min and a half it's done and really good and filling I had a sandwich and Greek yogurt or oatmeal or cream of wheat . Weekends I have. Oatmeal pancakes , egg white omelet give your a few ideas

Hey we are the same weight lol only I am shorter lol. I find the less I stress over it the more I lose inches lost is way better then weight it's just a number. I have been on here for 47 days I think and I have only lost 9 lbs it takes time

Thanks will try it lol . Been walking more and eating more fiber and less bad carbs lol lost 2 inches so far on hips just wasent sure if I was doing it right or not .

Sorry just realized there's settings now it's open sorry. Kinda new to this. I lost over 150 lbs in the last few years and kept if off not just trying to loss the last 40 or so and it's been abit harder. Just wanted some advice
