Is there such a thing as too much water I drip about 16 cups a day but one of my friends said anything over 8 cups could hurt me anyone know anything about this

need more friends that are 5'3 and around 220 lbs
I have lost 10 lbs in 60 days I have had my ups and downs my diary is open and I ant shy about ppl commenting I just find that having abit more friend in the same zone as would be great. I am 5'3 217 lbs and my goal is about 180 or so so add me if you want
