Used Weight Watchers before and I did the points, it worked for me until I got off the program- had lost 40 lbs, not just once 2 times. My fault not weight watchers. Tracking is important, doesn't matter if it is points or calories. My problem with Weight Watchers is I know the programs they have and since I paid for it twice and once for the online version I gained my weight back I can't bring myself to pay for it again. Discipline is my issue and I need to work on that. MFP has online support and I hope to be out here a year from now and down a total of 40 lbs. won't do that if I don't do the tracking. Good luck to both of you and "Keep On Tracking"0
