I work out 5 or 6 days a week, either P90X or both gym and P90X. Fairly new on here, but ive been right on track for almost two weeks now and definately not stopping anytime soon. I love to hear/give tips and motivation. add me if you like :)

although some people lose/gain weight for health and fitness, a lot do it just to look a certain way. Im fit but I want to be smaller, you're fit and you want to be bigger. looking a certain way can be a big motivation too and there's nothing wrong with that.

try sipping on hot tea (no sugar). it's supposed to make you feel full. i drink a couple cups in the morning inbetween breakfast and morning snack and it works for me.

I only started MFP 3 days ago, but I've been drinking 8 glasses of water/day for about a week now. I thought i had noticed a difference in my skin (no blemishes, soft, moisturized), and my boyfriend confirmed that by complimenting me on how clear my skin looked! Yay!
