Elliptical is my vote. I have right knee, right foot and left hip issues. The treadmill is ok but no running for me either. Had July 8th as mine. How hurt, so I guess that is on hold.

Day 5 - pain is a lot less and I have only stabbing pain about 4 times an hour now. Out of the gym for another day and I am starting to feel the motivation to be in the gym wane. I guess I'll have to push back my 1 April goal......

Lift now. Learn and do the lifts properly and concentrate on the major muscle movement exercises (bench, squat, rows, bar or dumbbell curls). Don't get fancy just the basics.
