Interesting --- food and feeling
Three times in the last two weeks I ate either too much or junk; including today. Now let me clarify - the junk I had today was about 20 corn tortilla chips and a diet coke. I had been eating pretty clean besides that. Now, about 15 minutes after eating the chips, I feel pretty crappy. I find this pretty positive!

Pictures are really encouraging
I like reading but in a glance pictures tell a much better story. I love the pictures on this site especially of before and after. That being said I hope one day I can post some after pictures as I am on a slow heal but back in the gym every other day or every 3rd day.

CD buyers where do you buy?
