In 2 days it will be a month, it looks like I might be

... on the mend.
I got hurt just under a month ago.... I had 3 hernias repaired back in Sept 2012 and successfully was working out for about 3 months until I got hurt again. So tomorrow I go skiing and then Wednesday back to the gym!!! Time to get back on track and not get hurt again. I know it will be hard to go back to the gym again; starting is always hard. I have never gotten to that elite/ripped look and I want to get there before August so no more delays.......

    all things in moderation - take it easy and don't push beyond what you are capable. A great steak takes time.. If you want speed, go to Mickey-D's... they have yesterday's burger already waiting on ya.

    Pull around the hernia area still slightly sore and knee a bit sore from a fall skiing yesterday but I feel good enough to get back into the gym today!

    13 March 2013 sounds like a good day to start again..... Only have 5 month left to my goal date and I'm a month behind but glad to get back into the gym and try again.

    having gone thru the hernia thing last summer, PLEASE be careful!! You don't want to set yourself back even further! It took me 6 months til I was healed enough to hit it hard
