I got hurt just under a month ago.... I had 3 hernias repaired back in Sept 2012 and successfully was working out for about 3 months until I got hurt again. So tomorrow I go skiing and then Wednesday back to the gym!!! Time to get back on track and not get hurt again. I know it will be hard to go back to the gym again; starting is always hard. I have never gotten to that elite/ripped look and I want to get there before August so no more delays.......

all things in moderation - take it easy and don't push beyond what you are capable. A great steak takes time.. If you want speed, go to Mickey-D's... they have yesterday's burger already waiting on ya.0

Pull around the hernia area still slightly sore and knee a bit sore from a fall skiing yesterday but I feel good enough to get back into the gym today!
13 March 2013 sounds like a good day to start again..... Only have 5 month left to my goal date and I'm a month behind but glad to get back into the gym and try again.0 -

having gone thru the hernia thing last summer, PLEASE be careful!! You don't want to set yourself back even further! It took me 6 months til I was healed enough to hit it hard0
