I usually use 25g kale, 75g romaine, 100g spinach, 100g bok choy, 100g blueberry, 100g banana, 25g cranberry and 75g apple, 20g sunflower seeds, 10g chia seeds, 10g flax seeds, and 10g hemp seeds and about 2 cups of water and a splash of lemon. I tend to use the same greens, but often vary the fruit and sometimes use nuts…

Yes, this time I used those little cucumbers that look like large dill pickles so I peeled the skin but I usually use English cucumbers with all of the skin : )
